We do not issue any refunds due to our membership access to downloading videos and accessing live shows.
You may contact us regardinga refund if you have:
a. forgotten to cancel your automatic payments monthly and have not made use of our services
b. Have accidentaly subscribed more than once and need a refund for a double payment
We check our logs for proof to see that you have not made use of this service during that month, if you have made significant use of the service no refund will be granted, in some exceptions partial refund may be granted.
